This knife is the sharpest knife I have ever used. My first use was cleaning geese. The blade just slid through the meat. I messed up by knicking some of the heavy feathers whiched knicked up the blade some. I was impressed enough that I ordered another one.

Overall very well made, it will be very useful. Like that the hoof pick folds down for easy pocketing. The hoof pick does seem to be a little loose though, can flip out on it's own.

I really love this knife, it is well made and sturdy, sharp, and easy to use. I was impressed with the quality since I got it on sale for such a low price. I wanted something simple for trail riding, and this has a serrated blade for cutting branches, a straight blade for everything else. Not sure about how great the hoofpick part is since I haven't used it yet, but it is on a hinge so I am a little hesitant about its durability.
