I did find I returned the XL for the L - - in this fabric (not too heavy/not too light in feel) I felt the style was to fit close to the body. Great Sierra Trading policy for return and exchange items - - recommend taking a chance on items and sizes with the easy and convenient return and credit for the replacement.
