    It is a warm coat that is actually cut long enough to not ride up and get a cold back. It worked well in the teens as long as there isn't wind--this is a puffy jacket, not a shell. Put a windproof shell over the top and I think it would work to Wyoming cold.

    This coat is NOT for cold weather. The material tears super easy. the coat looks beautiful and fits very well.
