I bought these specifically as "river-rafting" shoes as I wanted something light, quick dry, that will stay on (lace up) but also be able to provide enough protection for short hikes. I haven't yet been on my river adventure, but have tried them out on a wet day in Manhatten and they performed perfectly. Good sizing, comfortable. Should not need too much "walking in ". I would recommend them

I bought these in the Red and they are really cute. Ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. May have to order another pair in a different color.

These shoes are well made and not as bulky as other water repelling shoes. I didn't get them to wear in the water as I have other "water shoes" I bought them to wear out and about on rainy days. Perfect! The price was right, too!
