Got a medium in this for thirty pound dogs. in a house full of dog beds, our three would simply take turns in this one. Yes. It is small but dogs love to curl up in a ball. I was disappointed to see only the large was left.

One dog went straight into it & uses it regularly, either curled up in it, or draped across the width of it. He obviously really likes it.
Other dog eyed it for several days, but would not get into it. Finally, after about a week, she got in it, & now uses it regularly like the other dog.
Both are border Collie mixes.

It's smaller than I expected, but big enough even for my 95-pounder! The dogs seem to find it comfy and cozy even on our cold days. The covering is really soft and nice, and the orthopedic layer offers good support.

I purchased this bed for my fourteen year old Pembroke Welsh corgi. Sometimes his joints are a little stiff in the morning and I wanted something that would give him extra support. He loves the extra thick padding and likes to curl up in it. The sides are a nice feature, which make it extra cozy. The bed is well made and attractive. I was concerned when I read the reviews for the medium size bed because it was described as being comfortable for dachshunds or even cats. That is why I decided to buy the large size and I am very glad that I did. It is the perfect size for my corgi. He weighs about 26 pounds. This bed would be way too small for a larger breed, such as a lab or retriever. I would recommend an extra large bed for bigger dogs.
