I bought three pairs of these pull-on pants looking for something warm and comfortable, yet somewhat stylish, for the winter months. I'm not sure what company these pants were manufactured for as the tags were cut out, but the pants are well-made and comfortable enough to stay in all day. I normally... Read More

You're flying non-stop from LA to Bangkok - flying time 17.5 hours. You want to look fresh and neat when you arrive...AND you want to be very comfortable during those long hours, maybe curl up and have a snooze...you love the feel of a soft wide-wale corduroy - but you know how it tends to stretch and sag after hours of sitting. What to do? Buy these pants! No saggy backside here.
No wrinkles. Soft and as comfy as your favorite pjs. Yet they look so amazing. Magical.

They fit perfectly, length and all. Nice and cozy and comfortable -- I plan to wear them on a 12 hour plane ride.

Famous retailer seconds. Knew before I looked at the tag they were quality. Bought 4 more pair. Soft, stretch knit!

Fabric is soft and comfortable and seems to hold its shape. I am pear-shaped and usually do not buy elastic waist pants because of the bulky fit around the waist, but took a chance on these because of the price. Because of the bulk (they have angled pockets at the top which add to the bulk) I will probably not wear them "out and about" but as a fall/winter garment at home, they are fabulous and I am pleased with the purchase. If your waist is more proportional to your hips, I don't think the bulk or the pockets would be an issue.

Buy these. Great pockets lead me to look at brand. Bought four more pair!!!

  • Question “What are lengths of P and R?”
Asked on 8/8/2014 2:35:11 PM by Emmy from California
    • Answer Emmy, my XL/P corduroy pants have a 26" inseam. I'm 5'6" tall and this fits me perfectly. Hope this helps. PS love these pants, so well made and so soft and comfortable and inexpensive. I have 5 prs.

    • Answer I am 5'3" and found the charcoal P too short for me. Ankle length. I ordered R in other colors and found them just right.
Answered on 8/8/2014 3:01:11 PM by active stylish grandmother from California
    • Answer The inseam (from crotch to bottom of leg) is 33 inches on the beige medium P (petite). The inseam varies by an inch or two depending on the color of the pant. The light tan color medium pant has a smaller fit than the other colors but the inseam is about the same.

I am sorry that I do not know the R inseam.

    • Answer I ordered the regular size pant. It was 31" +/- and I needed to shorten it.

    • Answer Hello,
I purchased a "regular" length. I am 5' 5" tall and the length is fine with regular (not heels) shoes.

    • Answer I am 5'6" tall (about 130 lbs -125); the Regular length in medium fits me perfectly. I once received a Petite medium accidentally & it was too short . ( I own about a dozen pairs of these - be forewarned that the sizing is inconsistent, but, generally these pants run large). Hope that helps!

    • Answer The length of the "R" are 28.5". The inseam is 13". These pants run large. I sized down and they are plenty roomy, which I like. I am 5'5" and they are a good fit in the length, coming over my ankle and onto the shoe. I don't know the length of the "P" since I only ordered R.
Answered on 8/9/2014 6:09:43 AM by Hikerwoman from Colorado
    • Answer Wow, it has been a while since I purchased these. I actually bought two pair because they were so inexpensive. One pair which is labeled Med. Petite has an inseam of 313/4 inches, which we know, is not a petite length. I still have it in my sewing alterations basket. The other pair which I think was a regular length, also required shortening, but I don't think there was any difference between the two. I think maybe that is why they are seconds. I also think the pants run either true to size, or slightly smaller. If you are able to shorten them yourself, I think I'd go with regular because clearly, these were labeled wrong. I mean, who knows, you might get exactly what you are looking for but I don't think you can count on it.

I hope that helps a little.

  • Question “Will size M (10-12) fit 33.5" waist? Thanks.”
Asked on 10/26/2013 10:03:10 PM by John from Vancouver, Canada
  • Question “Why are they seconds?”
Asked on 10/25/2013 5:25:42 AM by Tessie from South Carolina
    • Answer These are items with barely perceptible blemishes or slight irregularities that do not affect fit, performance or longevity such as an error in the stitching or a slight fading of the product’s color. Labels on 2nds are usually clipped or marked by the manufacturer, and 2nds are often offered at lower prices.

  • Question “what is the wale of these corduroy pants?”
Asked on 11/24/2012 12:00:00 AM by Renee from NY
    • Answer Somewhere between wide wale and the smaller wale. Not too bulky though. The pockets are made of a thinner fabric so they are not bulky either. This is not regular corduroy. It will stretch some.
