I like these little mittens, but wouldn't pay more for them than the clearance price. They are loose enough to manipulate your fingers and still do things without removing them. Not for very cold weather.

At the low price of 33 cents I had to buy them. Ordered several dozen pairs to donate to the hats and mittens program next winter. My kids and I have our own pairs. They are great to leave in the car or pockets as a backup pair of mitts.

The mittens are made for exactly what the description says: brisk mornign walks or drives into town. They are very thin, but would provide enough warmth for their intended purpose. I bought them for my emergency (cold weather) bag that I keep in the car; I will add a pair of gloves to wear under these, but they are very good quality and attractive.
