I thought this would be a nice awning for my tent. And I would have kept it, but for the Velcro all along every side. It is impossible to fold this up without sticking all the sides together, sometimes multiple sides in one big stuck-together glob. I don't need the Velcro at all for my uses, so it was just supremely annoying to have to unpeel every side while attempting to open it, put it up, put it away, etc. Otherwise, it was a very nice, small, lightweight awning and worked great to shade part of my tent from afternoon sun. If it weren't for the Velcro, I'd have kept it. Too bad.

    • Answer Brooks-Range Ultraliteâ„¢ Fabric:|This fabric used is specially designed for Brooks-Range Ultraliteâ„¢ products. It is the lightest water-resistant available for backcountry use. The key is a calendering process that gives it superior water and wind resistance. It is waterproof to a pressure of 1 lb per square inch—more than the pressure generated by a hard rainstorm. Because of this custom finis, the waterproofness and ability to shear wind will not wash or peel off like most competitors fabrics.
