Reviewed by SharKe from Opelika, AL on Sunday, June 16, 2013I wear a size 2 but I have curves so I have a hell of a time finding clothes to fit me in today's styles. Most shorts are either too tight on my hips, or too baggy on my waist, butt, and legs. Most shorts I find in my size are so wide at the waist they just fall off my hips. These shorts are the exception. They comfortably fit my waist and hug my butt, hip and thighs. No gap at the waist, no saggy bottom, no wide legs, no "wedgie." Just a perfect fit. Bonus: they are made from a quick-drying material so I just through them in the washer (cold water temp) and let them hang to dry. This avoids any shrinking or wrinkling and they are ready to wear the next day.

They were snug in the hips and thighs to the point I didn't think they'd be very comfortable for all-day wear. Otherwise, they are very nice.

Answer There is elastic on the right and left sides of the waistband. None in the front or back. Cypress is a greenish color.
