The quality and construction compares to much more expensive sandals (over $200). I had foot surgery several years ago and I could still put these on and wear immediately. I picked the bronze color and was pleasantly surprised to find they were not as shiny metallic as I had feared. They can be dressed up or down. The fit is wonderful and seems true to size. I can walk without the sound of slapping that a lot of backless sandals seem to make. I will order in another color.

I have problem feet and everything I own would not pass muster under a gown. These fit and felt perfect from the minute I pulled them out of the box. They are a size 11B. My foot is a medium width. They probably would not fit someone with a wide foot - hence all the comments about being too narrow. I am so pleased with them - and will be able to wear them all summer anytime - and when I want to dress up a little, I know they will be the right choice.
