First, I am not comfortable during the run physically. Second, I don't think I should be showing that much of my middle aged thighs while running. This is the perfect fix. The inner shorts are long enough for my long legs and it's so stylish and fun. I have three of these skorts in different colors. I get tons of compliments each time I wear them. Great pockets for storing fuel on long runs. No chaffing. Great price. I saw these at a running expo and they were twice the price. You can get the whole outfit here for less! I wear a medium. My weight is 145. A small would fit, but would be too snug. The medium is perfect and doesn't ride down. Also great for spinning!

I was looking for one that was medium-length (mid-thigh) to provide coverage but was still light and comfortable. This skort definitely has that, with the right length of skirt and shorts and thin fabric. It is very breathable and comfortable. However, I think it is sized a bit big. I bought a medium (as usual) and it is loose in the waistband. Also, the pockets on the shorts aren't useful for much.
