    These are better than expected. Cut to fit over clothing with a low loft insulation. Not for subzero temperatures, but well suited for Midwest winters. Front and rear extend up and are fully reflective for wear without a vest and or jacket. Pant cuffs are a black material for wear and dirt resistance.

    work in EMS and got as back up for precarious situations and overall emergent use. It is warm, well made, fits well and very pleasantly surprised that for the price is as substantial at it is. same with the pants. Warm enough for bad weather.

    • Answer They are sized by waist size. If you hover your mouse over or click on the sizes the waist sizes are displayed. I.E. S (Waist 28-30) M (Waist 32-34)

    • Answer There is no side zipper on the legs and the liner goes as high as the waist.
