If you live where a vest is a perfect outer layer at times, but you want a more polished look, this works. I wear it to the office during fall and winter as my coat.

I like a vest that actually zips all the way up the neck (for the cold MN winters). And at first I thought the overlaid wind-flap/buttons were overkill. But I actually like the fact that I can close the vest with just a few buttons if I don't want to zip it all the way up. Makes it more versatile. Great vest! I normally take a large, but the medium fits fine with lighter shirts or sweaters.
