These boots are light weight and feel great. Runs true to size. No a lot of insulation but that's OK for me.

Very nicely made boot with one problem. The laces do not hold up. Ordered after market replacement laces but they do not work in hooking eyelets.
Overall very nice shoes, moderately warm

Well...you buy snow boots and it doesn't snow, maybe that is a good thing, but unfortunately, haven't had a chance to use these new boots yet but they appear to be super nice and very well made. They are very comfortable and nice enough that I could wear them with dress pants and at this price, it was a no brainer.

    • Answer I used them last winter in snow and slush conditions and didn't notice any leaking.

    • Answer I love these boots but you will get water through the vents.

    • Answer I am pretty sure that they would leak if the boot was submerged for more than a couple of seconds. The wool lining would wick away some of the moisture, but I would not recommend these boots for any water usage that you would not take a pair of leather tennis shoes in. Also, the tongue is not gusseted, so any amount of water above the souls would most likely make its way into the boot one way or another.

      I hope this helps.
