You can't go wrong with a Columbia product, and you can't go wrong with a purchase from Sierra Trading Post, so it is a win win all the way around. It is definitely as described, and it is sateen so there is a wow factor to this vest. It definitely is not your every day run of the mill vest as far... Read More

I ordered a medium black and the one thing I don't like is that in the picture the logo is dimmed so does not stand out. The vest I received has a bright white logo. Most people probably wouldn't care but I am really not a fan of advertising my clothes so for this one reason I'm not sure I'll keep this vest. Otherwise from trying it on inside it seems warm and cozy. The fur collar around the hood is overkill so good thing it zips off. It is also a little short for me, I'm 5'10" but would fit an average height woman fine. It's cute, but I'm not thrilled with it.

I am travelling to the snow for the first time, and have never really experienced cold weather. The start of October already had me freezing, and I needed something that would keep me warm, but wouldn't be too outrageous for an Australian winter. Having the omni-heat technology has been a life saver but I love knowing that I can also wear this back home with less layers.

I am normally an XS, but went for the S so I could layer! It worked out well as its not too bulky, but is also very roomy.

This vest fits me very well in all aspects. It's stylish yet warm and practical. It's fit will make it great for active outdoor pursuits and it's also nice enough to wear around town or to work. I was deciding between this and some less expensive vests and I am so glad I got this one. It fits very comfortably and it's really warm.

Bought this to go tubing in. There are sometimes we go and its not real cold like 30-45 degrees. A big down coat which I wore last time was tooo hot. This was perfect. I wore a wool undershirt and a Columbia fleece turtle neck underneath and it was just right. The fit was roomy for me to wear the other two layers underneath. I ordered an XL as I like looser fitting clothes. Nice fabric and feel.

Just got this in the mail. I am usually a Medium but ordered a Large because I have the Lay D Down jacket in Large. (The medium in the jacket was too tight across the shoulders and snug when ziipper.) This vest was really huge all around. Big under the arms, and way roomy when zipped. It was also too long on me covering way past my bottom. I'm going to return it but unsure if the Med will fit. I might need a Small in this vest. It looks well made, nice and thick - I can't stay warm in those thin down jackets. I need bulk and this one has it. Beautiful blue too! I'd give it 5 stars if the sizing wasn't off - compared to the jacket.
