Reviewed by ktm-mc from SF,CA,USA on Monday, March 25, 2013Fairly snug fit so needs to be the based layer (hard to get it over anything else). Sleeves are a bit long but not a big deal. I didn't think it was particularly warm but probably a bit warmer than a standard base layer.
