Excellent quality and great price. Other ice suits cost 200.00 for pants OR bibs. Thiis 7 piece set is less than that for everything. Waterproof, warm , high quality zippers and material. Very impressed.

I'll be working outdoors through the winter in the Puget Sound. With a coupon taking the price of this down to $125 for me, this was a great deal: three layers of top and bottom insulation. The two inner layers are simple and sturdily stitched no-special care polyester. The lighter layer of longjohns and the insulated outer bibs in my set have a 6" longer inseam than the heavier longjohns -- but without a change in waist size. The puffy insulated outer layer has a lightweight nylon shell that I would not use for bushwacking through woods or ice climbing or skiing like I would a technical athletic outer. There is a neoprene-feeling layer in the seat and the knees to make kneeling or sitting comfy. Makes me imagine a built in cup holder. Adjustable inner gaitors in the pants would fit any boots I own go with seals in the cuffs to keep out wind or snow. Big cargo pockets in the front. With a balaclava and the right socks, gloves, and boots, you could probably sleep in the snow like it was a 15 deg. f mummy bag. The outer layers had some chemically smell when first out of the packaging, but it dissipated.

This seven piece package is quite the bang for the buck! I was willing and able to afford this for my 14 year old son who loves ice fishing! Sizing was a little off: one set of fleece fits nicely, the other was a little short; the sleeves of the coat were a little long, yet the length of the bibs was a little short. However, we don't mind that at all, especially for the price!

Returned the suit last week, and got a new one in small. Sierra was very accommodating and helpful. Much better fit! The fleece is snug, but stretches and works well. Tried it out yesterday, and was too warm with the jacket on. By noon I was in the pants and base layer alone. Will be a great suit for those cold , windy days. The hat has a windproof membrane, and is an excellent piece in itself. Kneeling on spring ice without cold, wet knees was a real treat!

Suit came today, and unfortunately was missing the knee pads- pockets for them were there but the pads were nowhere to be found. Since this is the primary reason to have an ice fishing suit instead of using other cold weather gear, they are going back.
Coat and bibs were huge also- medium was santa sized! Will try a small to see if that is more appropriate for 5'-9" and 155 lb.
Hat and base layers looked really warm!
