Oh and contrary to STPs description, it's not all leather. The belt is clearly stamped leather and man made materials. It's the man made materials that are coming apart in chunks. What a piece of garbage.

I wear pants that are 36 mostly and this belt is perfect. I'm using the 2nd or 3rd hole from the end which is perfect because I don't like lots of excess belt left over. If you want extra room to grow go 2 sizes up.
