This is a great quality inflatable board. Very strong thick material. When inflated properly (see below) this board is very stiff. Derailed shipped right away and I received the board within a few days. I was super stoked and looking forward to getting it on the water but decided to do a test run in my living room. First of all, neither the board nor the pump come with any kind of instructions. It is not rocket science but there was a little bit of trial and error. Printed on the board near the valve is a recommendation to inflate to 14 PSI. The pump that comes with the board has a gauge that goes to 15 PSI. This is all very misleading. I struggled to pump to 6 PSI and then the pump gave out and popped! After much research, I've found this to be a common problem requiring a separate $150 K pump. Bummer! I contacted derailed nearly a week ago about getting a replacement pump but haven't heard back. If not resolved soon, I may have to return the entire order.
