The quality is excellent, the cut is super-flattering with its "belt" seaming detail and and hemline that slopes gently to the back. It's supposed to be built for warmth without wearing a lot of bulky layers underneath and so far that seems to be true in the cold and wind we've been having (though I haven't worn it on the slopes). Wearing it with lilac-grey ski pants...it's really cool and very chic. :-)
