This is my second pair of these gloves. I bought one few years ago and last year I came back for another pair but didn't find them. This year I was so happy to find them again! These gloves might feel too bulky for some but I expect a little padding since it is fur inside the glove and they are rea...

These shearling gloves are made in China. I don't know what kind of sheep they raise in China because these are not the soft wooly sheep they raise in New Zealand or Australia. There so no soft shearling on the inside. Instead there is rough long hair as the lining of the glove. They also have a terrible smell to them. I had to leave them outside for a week before I could take them back inside the house. they also include a small ziplock bag with some extra thread. As soon as I was able to wear them the stitching was coming apart. I guess in China they do not teach the children how to make a knot in the thread when they finish sewing the gloves. I would have returned them except I don't want to pay the 9 dollar return shipping fee.

YES, it is a shiny finish on the leather. It's done with some kind of embossing or imprinting of tiny indentations with a shine to them. Close-up image is attached. I have one pair with the shine and one pair without. In the grand scheme of things, they are not all that different.

Definitely the medim size. These gloves run large!

I would go with the medium. My hand measures 6.5, right at the bottom of the range for medium, according to their sizing chart, so I got a medium and had to return them for a small. They run a little large, but not so much that they are a whole size off, in my opinion. Since you are in between, I think the medium would work for you.

According to our sizing charts, you will need a size medium, which is for hands that measure 6.5 to 7 inches. To measure your hand size correctly, measure the widest part of your hand (excluding your thumb), generally around the knuckles.
