These came up as sweat pants but they are not. I'm not sure what they're good for. But they did not work at all for what we wanted. The fabric is not terry or fleece. There's no draw string to regulate the waist and the ankles are not elasticized. And they were hugely long. Be careful! We returned them.

Another nicely made Prana product. Finished seams and no loose threads. Side pockets made of mesh material. Single hip pocket has convenient zipper to hold keys, wallet securely. L fits a 6'0, 200 pound athlete. Length is a bit long with 33" inseam but can have it hemmed. Material is medium heavy so can wear spring / fall/ winter.

Attention was clearly paid in the manufacturing of the garment - it is nicely finished, and the material was interesting - uncertain whether it would be comfortable, but the recipient of this gift from me didn't have a chance to find out about the fabric because the fit was so weird. Especially around the fly it bulged out strangely and unflatteringly. Perhaps it was just the pair that I received, but if this is the cut on all of them, I can't see much of an audience.
