These pants are almost exactly like that other brand we all know. I bought two sizes in two different styles because other reviewers said the sizing seems irregular. For me, both pairs seemed spot on to what they were supposed to be, both length and waist...I've got one pair now that's perfect in th... Read More

Lakin McKey or as it says on the back pocket "KEY" dungarees are very solid clothes. It is two layers, so order one size bigger and you should be fine

I originally purchased one size up from what I generally wear (in every other style that means I can pull them off and on without undoing the button). I had to return the first pair because I couldn't even button them! I got ANOTHER size up and feared that the first pair had been mislabeled and I would be swimming in the replacement. I was half right. The legs were wide enough all the way up that I could put these on over some hefty boots... the waist, still more than a little snug!
The duck cloth is nice and heavy and the flannel feels soft and warm, that why I rated it high. The sizing was the only issue I had.

I was very happy with the quality of this product. I thought that they ran a little bit small with the stated sizes, so I am glad I went up a size on my order. They provide that little bit extra for cold weather without being heavy, bulky, or stiff. If they come up in another color I would go for a second pair.

I would like to say that all items I purchased from Sierra Trading Post were all excellent quality and fit items.
However these Lakin McKay Duck Dungaree Work pants were a big disappointment. The quality of the pants were great, but the size was either mis-marked or just made smaller.

I ordered a 42X30 which is my normal pants size. This size allows be a little room which is the fit I prefer. When I went to put these pants on, I noticed the legs felt a little snug. When I tried to close the waist I seen there was no way these pants were the proper size. I measured the waist with a tape measure and seen that half of the waist measured at 18 1/2 inches which would make the entire waist somewhere between a 36 and 38 waist.
I was a little disappointed because I did like the style and quality of the pants.
I returned the pants for a store credit.

Sturdy, comfortable, warm, more-or-less true to size...
