I bought a bunch of these for my kids. They love them! They look nice and very comfortable. Seems true to size. They use these shoes pretty much everywhere they go (hiking, running, walking, wading, climbing, etc.).

I bought these for my daughter because they were described as a good all-around shoe for wherever. I needed something that would hold up on hiking trails and be comfortable for everyday play. She is very active and plays hard, so I also wanted something that would last for awhile.

She liked them right away and said they were very comfortable to run around in. She wore them on one 3 mile hike on fairly easy woodland terrain and she said they felt great. Since then she has not worn them hardly at all since it is summer and she usually wears her sandals every day. I am hoping these will still be good to last her over the next school year.

She generally wears a size 1 right now, and we ordered up a size 2 based on others' reviews. That was the right way to go since they fit her great.

The only thing I don't care for about these shoes is the bungee lace system. The laces are easy to pull tight and cinch but then you have the plastic closure flopping around on top of the shoe. I taught her to tuck it into the laces, which seems to work okay, though.

Easy to get on and off and good grips. I bought them for all three of my boys!

I bought a pair of these for my son and daughter. They love them and are the only pair of shoe needed for vacation activities including hiking, cold beaches, playing and walking around town. I bought my soon the olive green and they look great with his favorite camo pants. I wish they had that color in a bigger size. I would order one in every size. I purposely ordered my daughters shoes in the next size up so she hasn't women them much yet but loves how they look. Price was amazing. They may run 1/2 size small.

My daughter is active. She wears these for the climbing wall, hiking, playing, etc. She loves the lace-free design and says they are super comfy.

Purchased for out of state 6 year old grandson who seems pleased so far (I haven't seen them yet). He's a rugged tyke - so I hope they hold up well. First time buying Chaco brand (had outstanding Vasque buys but none available in his size this time) however, based on other reviews I felt confident. Have had excellent luck so far with purchases from Sierra and can't beat their pricing!

    • Answer Hi there. I bought full size larger and they were roomy. I would suggest from my experience to buy 1/2 to full size to get at leSt 2 seasons.

    • Answer My son is a size 1 and the size 1 fits him perfectly, they seem to be true to size. Even if you buy a 3 and they're a little big your boy will be in them within a few months anyway (ah, how they grow) and they are really nice shoes. My son has been wearing his for a couple months now and they're great.
