It keeps me warm without overheating. On a hard climb the shirt might get sweaty but drys quickly to keep me warm on the decent. Fit - true to size, I am 5'3" chest - 35", waist - 27" and the small fits very nicely. I recommend this product. I have a mid and heavy weight - for different temperatures and am very satisfied.
