It's tight. Very tight - I am usually an 8 in clothing but ordered a suit that fit a 10-12 because I know that swimsuits normally run small. However, that tightness translates as zero drag in the pool. I don't like the feeling of a traditional, wedgie- inducing swimsuit so this is terrific. It has a... Read More

Overall, this looked like a fine race suit. But it's got a low (LOW!) cut back, and if you have something of a caboose in the back, as it seems I do, no amount of tugging, bending, stretching, heaving, will get that rather small amount of fabric over the real estate. And, I'm not one to flash crack to the world. Ever. Fortunately, I was able to find a friend who fit this suit better, and she is thrilled for it - because it otherwise would have been returned.

It has a very low cut back and the white semicircle at the base of your spine sort of gives the optical illusion that you might be showing more than you should be. So far, everything has stayed covered. The legs have great grip without being like a rubber - band and they don't ride up significantly. So far I have used it in the pool for lap swimming and in a triathlon this past weekend. The chamois was thin but ok for the sprint distance on the bike. The run caused some chafing at the tops of my thighs because the suit is so tight. A longer distance TRI might have been more difficult but the sprint distance was fine. Superb quality and performance fabric. Would by again just for swim training. Also, a flattering fit for my wider hips.
