The Hi Mountain line of foods is great, and the Green Chili Casserole is one of our favorites, of all dehydrated/freeze-dried choices.

I had one of these over the weekend on a backpacking trip. I enjoyed the green-chili heat, but I found the meal a bit too salty.

Nice product, great value but a bit too salty for me. I added some dehydrated hashbrowns for morning breakfast burritos for 3 people, just sprinkled cheese and hot sauce.

We loved the Green Chile casserole: just spicy enough. I might make it with just a touch less water than called for. Recommended.
