Yes, I'd read the reviews that they run small. I'm 5'2", 125, a medium or a size 8 AT MOST. So I ordered a L, still a tad snug, and figured if they shrunk an inch, useless and uncomfortable. BTW, I ordered the blue. They were not blue & yellow as in the picture, but blue and pink. So I order the XL....

Bought a size larger than I usually wear, expecting some loose, comfy pajamas. They were so small I couldn't even pull the pants on. Gave them to someone else, but apologized for the sub-par quality :(

Size-wise, I'm usually a solid 4, and I fit just right into the medium size; it's roomy without drowning me in both the top and bottoms, though (like other reviews mention) the upper thigh area doesn't provide a lot of space to move.
For the price, you're getting what you pay for. My particular pair already has a hole in the shoulder after less than 3 weeks of wear and two washings, and for some reason, the buttons like to undo themselves if I roll over at night. Random, but hey, this is the kind of stuff you want to know before you buy, right?
I mean, bottom line here... it's a cheap pair of flannel pajamas, and they're exactly what you'd expect from a cheap pair of flannel pajamas. They're comfortable, they're soft, and they're not very durable, but they do the trick.
