Bright colored, perfect for the summer trails. Fit true to size. New Balance is a great shoe for people that have problems with their feet. I typically wear an 8, and these were perfect.

They were cramped in the toe area, so back they went.

I run anything from 5ks to half marathons. Currently training for a half in September. High arches, neutral runner, medium foot width, slight numbness in both feet, size10. This shoe does NOT provide adequate support for those of us with high arches. It was uncomfortable for me in the toe box as well. The SALOMAN XR CROSSMAX was a much better fit for my issues. New Balance is an awesome brand but as I age my needs change. The SALOMAN XR COSSMAX NEUTRAL fits the bill. My feet didn't hurt during the run or the morning after, which has been a huge issue with me. Just one of those things for us older runners but I refuse to succumb to usual middle aged lifestyle. Not for me. I will always be a runner. Anyway, I tried five pair of running shoes from Sierra Trading Post. I finally found one that works. I have already ordered a pair in a different color and I am contemplating ordering one more pair just in case.
I just want to thank Sierra Trading Post for honoring their return policy. I never returned a shoe that was worn outside but they could have still been difficult. The phone representatives were all very kind and knowledgeable too. The express exchange makes it convenient too. This is one of the reasons I buy all of my family's running shoes from you guys. Ya'll are the BEST!!

I am 43 and have been running for about 20 years. I run anything from 5ks to half marathons. I run on the road, track, and I trail run. I had to take last year off due to a foot injury so I have been in search of a shoe that will give me adequate support and cushioning without being cumbersome. I'm 5'8" and 145 lbs and I wear a size 10. I have high arches, and some issues with foot numbness and tingling under the arches. Due to my age and genetics, my arches are starting to fall. Therefore, it is important to find a shoe that offers sufficient arch support without going overboard. I am also a neutral runner, and I have a medium width foot. I have tried five pairs of shoes from Sierra Trading Post. I ordered these hoping they would work. Unfortunately, they seemed to hit all the wrong spots, especially the toe box. They did not offer adequate support for my arches either. The color and style is awesome but at this point, looks are secondary to comfort. I tried one last time with the Salomon XR Crossmax Neutral Trail Running Shoe. If anyone has similar problems I would highly recommend trying the Saloman XR. Straight out of the box and onto the trail. FABULOUS! Like running on a cloud. My feet didn't hurt or go numb while I was running. Perfect amount of arch support too. The true test was the morning after the run, no aching feet.. I have ordered another pair in a different color and I am thinking about ordering 1 more pair, just in case I can't find them later on. I know this was a review for New Balance but with all the struggles I have had trying to find a good shoe for my issues I felt the need to leave a review in hopes to help someone with similar problems. I have used New Balance in the past and they have been great. My needs are different now that I am getting older and the Saloman XR fits the bill.

These shoes are lightweight with great support and still lots of cushioning. They fit like a glove and look great.

Hard to give stars as these may be great for someone. The shoe itself looked well constructed and sturdy .For me, these cramped my toes. They seemed to be too pointed for my feet. I sent them back for another shoe which fit and felt perfect.
