Winter is harsh, and I really feel its wrath. In planning for what's to come, I have been seeking a warm but simple black top shirt or sweater to wear over my many layers. I had requirements: it needed to be very warm, but light and non-bulky to make it easy to travel with. It needed to be soft. It ... Read More

The fabric is great and this shirt (more like a jacket rather than a shirt I think) would probably be great on a taller person. I will have to send it back, it is much too long in the sleeves and body on my 5'1" frame.

nice weight, nice fabric, very poor quality zipper that is hard to operate. don't like thinking about trying to zip it in the cold!

I've gotten many compliments on this jacket in the last week that I've owned it. I'm a 12-14 and pretty curvy, the XL fits great. I'm glad it's not too tight. My only complaint is the zipper - it's sticky and hard to get started, or take off completely. Regardless - I love having an all-wool sweater.

I ordered a medium for myself. I normally wear small to medium size tops. When it came it was a bit snug, so I gave it to my teenage daughter. She loves it and has worn it every day since to her softball practices. I ordered the large for myself. The sleeves are a tad too long, but otherwise it fits perfectly. The cut is very flattering.

The title says it all. Fits very snugly so forget wearing anything bulky underneath.
