These shoes allow me to walk without pain -- what a joy!!!! And, while they are not the red pumps I wish I could still wear, they ARE pretty stylish. They were delivered to me right away, in perfect condition, and I am simply thrilled to be wearing them --

These shoes are beautifully made and the 5.5 double wide fit me well through the toes even though I normally wear a wide. On the upside, even though they were wide they didn't look wide and boxy when on like so many wide shoes do. Where the width was a problem was in the heel area. Had I kept the shoes I would have had to add inserts to compensate for that even when wearing heavy socks. My primary problem with the shoes was their texture and color. The fabric exterior suggests a shoe for warmer reliably dry weather, but the brush knit interior would make them too warm at those times. The leather parts are more than shiny dark brown leather. They have a more patent leather look with a goldish tone I associate with party or dancing shoes. But that use is negated by the wide straps and velcro tabs of more casual sporty shoes. So while I liked the feel of the shoes, I couldn't think of any place I could wear them where they wouldn't look out of place. That combined with the fact that I would need to add inserts to get them to fit caused me to send them back.

On the other hand if you have overall wider feet and want a pair of well-made comfortable shoes and my limits don't apply to you, these are worth the price.

I have had 2 other pairs of these shoes in the same style and size (7.5N) which were fine, but this pair must have been a slim incorrectly marked. By the way, your shipping people threw the shoe box in a plastic bag and sent it to me. I am amazed there was even a shred of a box left when it got here.

I wear a size 5 and wanted a pair of walking shoes for my upcoming Europe trip. These were definitely too short and not the least bit comfortable. They also look like "old lady" shoes so I returned them since they didn't fit.

This is a good looking shoe. I think it will be very nice with brown slacks-very neat looking. It runs a little long.I ordered the 11 which is what I almost always wear and I am going to add some type of extra insoles like Dr. Scholls. After always wearing UGGS, nothing really feels as good as the soft sheepskin. The trouble with UGGS is that sometimes it's nice to look a little dressier, and these do.

My news shoes are very pretty, and very comfortable. They are well made and fit well. I am very pleased with this purchase.
