This shirt keeps my good friend warm. He is a medium sized man but he likes loose clothes so we got him a large instead of medium. He is really a medium size. Have not washed these yet. On my medium frame these are "slim fitters," and you guys in the workout class might size up. Sleeves are already borderline short for me (probably 33" in shirt size). Fabric is labeled midweight, but hard to imaglne how "lightweight" would be different. But knit is very tight, and felt too warm on a 65 degree night. They look great, and will be most welcome as a base layer during our long winter where house temps are at 60, and sweaters are the uniform.

I am 5' 11", 215 with a 46 inch chest, 35 sleeve and the Kenyon Polarskins top fits great. I plan to use it on an AT hike in late November starting at the Delaware Water Gap and hiking south for approx. 36 miles. Have to buy all new base layers due to fact I live in Florida. Also purchased the bottoms. My plan is to order another pair of medium or heavyweight.

This is a good weight for skiing. It's wicking ability was perfect on a chilly day of spring skiing where it was cold in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. Sleeves are longer than usual which I really like.
