This shirt keeps my good friend warm. He is a medium sized man but he likes loose clothes so we got him a large instead of medium. He is really a medium size. The medium probably would have fit but the large is not too large on him, so you might want to consider this. The large is not super large. H...

it's really my fault for wearing this midweight base layer when i should've worn something warmer. backpacking and camping at 11,000' with nights in the 30's expedition weight might've been a better choice. this garment probably would be more for like activity on a cool (but not really cold) day.

I have some of these that I got a couple months ago, and they fit pretty well, but aren't so thick you can't button your shirt.
I use them when I am on jobs at the coast, in the Bodega Bay area, and have used them when its gotten really cold.
I belong to Calif/Ghosts Meetup in Santa Rosa, and have worn them down to the USS Hornet, they were prett nice to have on.
I actually got this shirt for the Organizer of the group, who one time went to Alcatraz, last summer, and forgot his coat, for the night Ghost tour. He said it was freezing, and in fact most people think because it is summer, it will be really warm; but in San Francisco, it is Really cold, and a good time to wear this long underwear.
They feel great under your clothes with just enough roominess to move easily
