I am 6'0" 195lbs with a 36" waist and 32" inseam. The Large was a little long and plenty roomy. I maybe could fit in a Medium, but its not so bad that I would return them. Perhaps some of you can use this as a reference.

I'm not sure I would consider these a midweight. They're a bit on the li... Read More

I bought these as a closeout now in anticipation of wearing next winter so I've not yet worn them. They seemed to fit well and be made well so I expect it to be a satisfactory product.

Had to return due to the sizes running big. Now waiting for replace for lightweight weight material and down a size for all three returned. Can't real rate products as we had to return them.

Great quality- but Large is more like a Large Tall size
I am 5'11", weigh about 180 in the winter, waist is 33", inseam is "30" so I thought a Large would be best.
For my thighs and waist- these are great. I'm a cyclist so it is difficult to find pants that fight my thighs but wont fall off my waist. These are definitely better than the Bass Pro base layers I have which started pilling after the 5th wash, and much better than my cycling tights which under clothes feel like compression wear.
They do bunch up a little above and below my calves, and the crotch hangs a little low. But- these are well built and stretch and move well under pants. I am outdoors daily in the winter- these easily handle sub 40 degrees under regular denim or carharts for several hours. They have not caused chaffing issues under my thick hiking socks and boots.
Even though they do appear built for a Large Tall , I think the Med would not have worked for my shape and would gladly trade off the slight bagginess.

Thanks to those who posted that one should order a size smaller. I concur. I am 5' 11" and about 213 lbs. I ordered the mediums. They fit and are even a little large. Some wrinkling on the long legs but that helps when I sit down. The polyester is not as comfortable as a cotton pair I have, but not bad.

    • Answer I'm a 32" inseam and they fit me fine. They also have elastic cuffs on the ankles and will stretch if your a bit taller

    • Answer Don't know about medium but the large measures 31" from the crotch seam.
Answered on 3/15/2015 5:03:14 PM by HikeBikeSkiMom from Glenwood Springs, CO
    • Answer I purchased the Large-
      Lying flat after 2 washes-
      mine measure 29" in, 72cm
My jeans inseam are 30", the issue is the distance from waist band to crotch, which if I pull snug to not have them slightly bunch up on my legs, the waist band is quite above the jeans that I wear. And those are loose fit Carharts- not low waist "I dont work outside jeans."
They are well worth the value- better than other thermals I have worn. They regulate heat well in 30-45 temps, I'd buy them again. But if you are looking for more spot on fit, these are not.
