This is a great rug, Nice construction, great color, good size, lays flat. Would have been 5 stars except there was one blemish about the size of a quarter in the fabric where a real dark, almost black piece of fabric was woven into a light area making it appear like there was a large spot in the rug. Overall looks great. I have the matching smaller door rugs which are nice too. Avoid the runner though.

I am a firm believer in "less is more" way of doing things and good quality and good value are key to achieving this. I'm setting up a music room at the moment, and soon will have a hardwood floor installed. I needed a rug for the center of the room and this one really caught my eye. It is made in the USA, wool, and makes a solid visual fit with my natural wood instruments and furniture. Quality of the rug is pretty good. There was one small fuzzy spot that was easily trimmed off. Value was outstanding as the rugs available locally in the same price range were foreign made and no where near the same quality. The style is classic and I have fond memories of playing on braided rugs at my grandparents houses when I was a child. My ever present Boston Terrier approves of the rug and loves curling up on it while I enjoy music.
