Colors fit in nicely with our decor. The rug seems to be well made and should hold up under constant use.

The entire rug is covered with hard plastic pokey thread ends, snips and loops. This would work on a porch for muddy boots. You could never use this rug where people would walk on it with sock-covered feet. You could never sit on it. it would hurt my cat's paws. I like the colors, and it looks tidy from a distance. Disappointed with that it is not really usable inside.

The smaller one I ordered was sewn with a more pliable thread. The thread in the 3x5 one is more like the plastic that is used to attach sales tags to garments in a store. Consider if you are willing to have that poking out of every inch of the rug before you buy it. Sewing with a sturdy fabric thread would have been a better choice for quality control.
