This pot is fine. It is large and a whole turkey carcass should go in for stock. The bottom is perfectly flat. I've other Calphalon cookware and this seems just as good as those.

    This pot is fine. It is large and a whole turkey carcass should go in for stock. The bottom is perfectly flat. I've other Calphalon cookware and this seems just as good as those.

    I love calphalon pots but am returning and hoping to get a replacement w a flat bottom. The first one I received was bowed and would rock on the stove or countertop.
