I love the size of this pan for making rice, etc. I also love that it is NOT non stick! Per Calphalon this pan is to be treated as a Stainless Steal pan so you can use metal utensils on it and it does not void the warranty because there is NO coating.     Calphalon makes good Pans.
    This one is no exception.
    A bit heavy though.
    Otherwise just what I expected.

    Good heat distribution, easy clean up. High quality at a great price. I would buy this again. Still prefer lipped pans for sauces because the contents can be poured without a spill.

I ended up buying the whole commercial set and have been so please with it. In order to make sure your food does not stick you need to heat up the pan with oil or butter first and then add your food once it is hot!

    After reading the warranty information, I decided this coated cookware is not for me.
