I usually wear a 4 or a 6, and in these tried both the 6 and the 8, based on other reviews that said these run small. They definitely do run small, especially in the waist, so I kept the 8. They still feel fairly snug in the waist even after sizing up. But this is a cute skirt and very cool to hike in. I like skorts and skirts for casual wear and hiking, and these do work for me, again, after sizing up.

Didn't look right on me. Pencil cut but seems to come in more at the bottom in an unflattering way.

This skirt looks so much better in the photo. The "fabric" seems more fit for a lightweight rain jacket, too, or smth needing a not-so-water-absorbing cover. Don't see how this fabric would help the skin breathe (instead of sweat more) in hot or humid weather too. (((Too bad no reviews had been previously posted to warn of this UNATTRACTIVE UNFLATTERING fabric, in the olive-green color, at least.))) - - - - - The size runs very big too. Even with a belt, the skirt hangs like a potato sack (but maybe not if you have wide hips). Another return and more fees$ . . .
