The Deliriums fit great out of the box. I got them hot formed and added my custom insoles for that extra custom feel. No hot spots yet. Responsive and stiff like a race boot but a little lighter. The Boots than are heavier than many other AT boots but Dynafit combatability saves binding weight. Walk mode and soles are great features. Great for in bounds and side stashes. The buckles seem durable but I can foresee a possible issue with freezing and sticking with the buckle lock. I haven't used them for a whole season so I can't fully critique. I have road the Endorphins for the past five years and about 200 days so I can attest to Garmont quality, comfort, and responsiveness.

I haven't skied on these boots yet but they feel burly, fit well and are lighter than my current Alpine boots. My only knock on them is that they did not come with the Freeride soles that are required for use with Alpine bindings. The Touring soles are nice but cannot be used with traditional Alpine downhill bindings.
