This is a durable and effective salad spinner and at an awesome price. As another reviewer stated, spin with it in the sink as water will need somewhere to drain.

Its a well built product, feels sturdy. Spins great and the fan helps a bit also. Just have to put it on a pan or in the sink to spin.

This is a very sturdy and well designed product. It not only spins the produce to produce a centrifugal drying effect, but it also has a fan section which draws more air through. The container is roomy and I don't see any concerns with bruising produce using this. The only thing which I did not realize or expect is that this has openings on the bottom for the water to come out. That means you must use it in the sink. (Other salad spinners I've owned were contained inside of a bowl which collected the water, so they could be used on the counter or wherever). This isn't a big deal but thought I should mention it depending on how your family coordinates meal prep duties and access to the sink etc.
