Ordered these in my size 8.5 and has generous fit in toe area but too much so. If you are between 8 and 8.5, might try size 8. Very nice quality shoe. Are comfortable and not heavy, stiff, or bulky like a hiking shoe-more like a tennis shoe. My tennies are all running shoes and do not insulate at a... Read More

These are such comfortable shoes! I purchased them as work shoes in a heathcare setting. I have been happy with my purchase because my feet are so happy. Support, weight and still comfortable after 10 hours standing and walking. What more could I ask for?

When I received these shoes I worried that they were hard on the outside and maybe hard on the inside. I was wrong. They were very soft on the inside and comfy. I wore them to work and I did work in them for half my shift. Just trying to break them in. I work in a hospital so I am always standing on a very hard floor surface. I also am on my feet for about 61/2 hours a shift. I am pleased with my purchase.

Just took these shoes on a 2 day test of yard work over rain soaked yard. They pass. This is my 2nd Chaco purchase this month. Love that there is no heel pain after a day on my feet. Shoes have excellent arch support. Toes are comfortable and calluses are shrinking. If only Chaco made dress shoes!

I purchased these shoes to do a lot of walking in Europe. They area really nice. I am usually a 6 1/2, but I actually could have gone down a size due to the wideness of the toe box-- which is actually great for me. I am keeping them and just wearing heavier sox. My feet are usually a little bit wide, but not wide enough for a wide shoe. When a shoe is wide, I generally can go down a size as there's more room for my feet to move forward. Keep this in mind when ordering.

I have bunions and plantar fasciitis. It is not easy for me to find comfortable shoes. I usually wear a size 6.5 or 7, depending on the maker. I ordered these in a 7 to allow for thick socks. They are awesome. I intend to wear them on an upcoming trip with cobblestone streets to walk. These are what I would call a light hiking shoe, so I anticipate no problems at all. I haven't even needed break in time as they were comfortable out of the box.
