Very poor quality and cheaply made but that's not the worst part!
They smell so bad, petroleum smell, that we have had them outside in the sun for 5 days and they still smell too much to bring in the house.

Imagine a brand new tire sitting in your living room, with that rubber smell. Nice, huh?
That is what it will be like if you purchase this. I took it out of the wrapper a few weeks ago and tried to air it out and then put baking soda on it. No dice. It has been on my back patio for almost two weeks but the stench is still there.
I will in all likelihood send it back.
