I reviewed these earlier - had to return the first pair due to a flaw in the leather. They finally got my size back in stock so I took a shot and ordered another pair. WOW! I was so glad I did. The first time I wore these boots was an all day Christmas shopping trip. They were so comfortable. I wear... Read More

I liked the boots and felt that the quality was good, but I have large calves from years of ballet and couldn't get them zipped comfortably. I returned these.

I received these folded in half without a boot box. While they are supposed to be distressed they have many scratches and I'm not sure that is how they are supposed to look : ( The craftsmanship is rustic but very good. They are a tad long and very very comfortable. The shaft is loose on me especially at the top - below the knee. You can see in the picture that they don't really taper in. Not sure I want to keep them with all the scratches... If you are looking for a really comfortable handcrafted rustic boot then this is your boot!

I've been watching these boots for awhile. The right coupon came around and I couldn't resist the price. Sonora was right on with these boots, the little cowgirl style is perfect with toe and ankle strap. Love the boots. My daughter tried them and had to have them. I ordered them in black for her and another pair for myself in the cuero. The cuero is more disstressed but looks nice. The black ones have no disstressing. The boots are beautiful. I wear 71/2 boots and the size was perfect.

Nice fitting boots, just alittle too distressed for my taste. Purchased all 3 colors, like the black best as it is not as distressed. Sizing is good, comfort is excellent.

Love the boots. I waited too long the first time they were offered, but not this time! Very nice leather. Comfy from the first time I put them on.

    • Answer The strap is sewn in on the side where the zipper is, and the metal stud is not a snap, but just a kind of rivet attachment, so the answer is no, unless you had a shoe repair store remove it permanently.

    • Answer The strap is not removable and it's a false snap. The strap moves it is attached in the front and back on either side of the zipper.
