My feet are sensitive and I work on my feet for 12 hours shifts, 3 days in a row. These shoes are the ones I have been looking for. They are comfortable and look good. I am about to buy a second pair so I can alternate pairs.

I couldn't resist trying these Klogs after reading others' reviews. I have both Sanitas and Dansko. These Klogs were a steal at $40, a third of the price of the other brands. Lighter weight, anatomical liner, wide toe box, more stable for walking and very comfortable. I wish they were made in a narrow width, but all in all I am very happy with my order.
Yes. They have a flat bottom because the arch support comes from the removable insole, so you could put in your own. They run a touch large, so when sizing to fit the orthotic you may not have to go up as much as some shoes. I have two pair, and one pair is slightly tight over my arch above my instep. I have high arches, though, and I got them a half size small since the rest of the shoe fits small. Hope that helps with your choice.

Yes. See my other answer for more details. They sent me this question twice, so I'm answering both times to get two entries for the $100 gift card :)

I just tried this with my pair, and I was able to remove them.
