these pants are meant for the late teens/early 20's group that like to show a little underwear. For that group I say buy! It was likely just a one off but the seam at the right pocket was ripped and I sent them back.

When I opened the package, I found that I had received size 35, though I had ordered size 34. However, I knew that these pants had a low rise and would have to hang on my hips, so I tried them on anyway. The larger-than-ordered size fit well through the hips and thighs - albeit in a slim way - but was absurdly large through the waist. When I put a belt on, I looked like (as my mother used to say) "a sack of meal tied in the middle". The excess material bunched and folded in a very unsightly fashion. I took them off and measured the waist: It was 37 inches! Yes, I know that manufacturers often build in a bit extra for fit and shrinkage. But 2 inches extra! I was not confident enough in the tailoring to try a different size, even though I liked the workmanship and material. If you are one of those people whose butt is smaller than your waist or hips, you might have a shot at wearing these. For me, back to STP they have gone.
