My trainer runs in Brooks sneakers and recommended I look into trying them. I went to a sporting goods store and tried on several different types and brands of sneakers. I settled on a pair of Brooks Ghost sneakers for running. The Brooks had the most support and absorbed impact a bit better than th... Read More

These are super light and comfortable. Be warned that they do encourage your foot to roll out (supernate?) so if you have a pronation, or a neutral foot strike, these may not be perfect. They are definitely great shoes, but perhaps not for everyone.

I'm absolutely in love and run faster in these shoes. I bought 2 more for the closet! I usually wear 8.5 in about everything and bought 9. They have a little extra toe room but I'd rather have that than bumping toes. My arch feels like it's in the right place. My toes feel like they can splay out properly, too.

I bought these to wear with jeans, not for running. They are comfortable and a great price.

Very very lightweight and great cushioning. If you have a wider foot, the toe area may be a bit cramped

I like the sneakers except the color. I was expecting a softer color.

    • Answer This is my first pair of Brooks so I can not answer your question. I wear a size 9 and sometimes I can wear narrow shoes. These shoes fit great as long as I wear thin socks. Now I know in the future to order 9.5 if I want to wear thick socks. Hope this helps.
