I ordered this hoping to have a light I could take on my kayaking trips with me and not worry about getting wet or dropping in the water. I often paddle back to shore in the dark and really need a way to light up my path. What I received was a light that I simply can't do without. I love this light so much that it has become my everything light. I'm going to have to order another for the kayak because now I am afraid I will lose it out there.

Construction is heavy duty. The beam strength and width is outstanding. It lights up half the back yard! comes with a great wrist cord that sits comfortably on the wrist. My only regret is that i didn't buy it sooner!

This Xenon light seems well made, but I do have a question about the switch. I think a plastic post that locks a sliding knob in place to prevent unintentional switch-on seems to have broken away already....whatever, the lamp still works and the rotating switch still works, just that I can no longer lock it in the OFF position. This may be the way it's supposed to be, but I doubt it.

Instructions say it will automatically switch to other (high or low) beam if one filament burns out.

It is heavy and has a good wrist-tether even covered in neoprene; good thing as this baby will go straight to the bottom if you don't use that wrist strap.

Well Made light, good wide beam for underwater use.
Bought as dive light and water proof light for leaving onboard Boat.
Not used for diveing as yet, but aslong as its watertight
this will serve me well for many years.
