I'm sure Williams Sonoma closed out these cookie sheets because their labels were overly glued to the sheet. Yes, it was a pain in the neck to remove the labels, but I removed 4 labels without damaging any of my pans in 20 minutes total.

I have not used the cookie sheet yet. It is heavy and I think it will work great. I have washed it by hand. I did have to soak the label in hot water in order for all the glue to come off the cookie sheet. Do not use anything abrasive or scratch hard to get the label off, it will scratch the sheet.

The paper was glued on the entire sheet. I used everything to try and get it off. Nothing worked, not even Goo Gone. The other cookie sheet was just fine.

These are some serious, heavy duty cookie sheets! They are a nice large size and very nicely made!

I haven't used it yet. Note that it doesn't have a rim so can't really bake much of anything else on here other than cookies bc the liquids would fall off tray.
It does come with a William Sonoma brand on the sheet. There is a weird protective layer on it but it came off easily with soap and water. Pretty sturdy and seems like it'll be good.

Nice cookie sheets. Great price. I tend to do more baking before Christmas, so I'll be ready for next years batches. I also go two for my sister so she can do the quick turn abounds, needed when you are doing several batches of cookies for friends family and work functions.
