I really like these pants. I bought the black ones. The length of the pants are great. I would recommend going up 2 sizes when buying. I went up one size than what I normally wear and they barely fit. I didn't feel the need to return them, but from now on I will buy 2 sizes up.

I am normally a size 1, but since little to nothing comes in that size, I bought these as a size 2 and they fit PERFECTLY! So, yes, they do fit smaller than advertised but that's what I was hoping based on other reviews. In fact, it's almost too tight, which I don't mind because I hate having to pull my pants up when I'm hiking.

I haven't gotten to wear them much outside or anything, but I have no complaints.

I only took off one star because obviously they are not true to size.

DEFINITELY ORDER AT LEAST ONE SIZE BIGGER. Other than that they're great. I like how they lay nice & flat around the butt & thighs. Light-weight for packing. Definitely summer weather pants.

I have Royal Robbins pants and shorts in sizes 8 and 10, and they both seem to fit pretty well. I bought the 10's and they were super short and a little tight, so I'm not sure what the deal is. Returned.

I recently ordered these pants as well as the Royal Robbins Classic Cardif pant. I got my normal, Size 2 - Regular Length in both pants (I own a different pair of zip/convertible RR pants which are also size 2). The Zip 'N Go's were considerably shorter and tighter than the Cardif's. I liked the styling and versatility of the Zip 'N Go pants, but because of the awkward length and overall slim fit I ended up exchanging them for a second pair of the Classic Cardif pant.

They true to size, a little tight around the crotch, and loose around the waist, yet they fit well and are a little lose. Got them for an unbelievable price because they are not cheap. They keep you really cool in the heat. It is nice that you can convert them. Very comfortable.

    • Answer I think you will have to get someone in customer service to open one up or they may have the specs available in their notes. I got a size 8 and they are a little long on me, but I am 5'4" so often things run long on a shrimpy gal.

    • Answer I can't answer that...don't wear those sizes. If the STP website doesn't have that info, I'd go to the Royal Robbin website or Amazon and look for specs there. If they'll work for you, go back to STP to order. I
