The shoes are exactly as advertised. Lightweight and comfortable. They have more support that I would have thought for being so light. I'd definitely buy these again, especially at STP price. I normally wear somewhere b/w a 10.5 - 11 shoe size. I ordered 11. They fit great. So, go 1/2 size larger, as STP suggests.

I liked these and I like that they are a bit more sturdy then previous Mimimus from NB that I've owned. These can be worn in cooler weather outdoors. I've owned mimimal shoes that were so thin that they were really covered sandals so could only be worn indoors at t the gym as the temperature dropped.

I tend to wear a 10.5 but buy 11s in NB mimimals. These in a 11 fit fine with a touch of narrowness. That surprised me because I'm used to the NBs being rather roomy. I tend to wear 10.5 E and will keep the shoes. But that information might be of use.

I bought the black / yellow. Very cool looking.

Followed advice from other reviewers and ordered a half size up. I do wear a wide width in some shoes but going up a half size in the medium width worked for me on these.

Love the feel and minimal heel drop. Felt fantastic the first time I wore them and felt great lifting in them. Using them for weight training and some light sprinting.

I'm not convinced they can last as long as my previous pair. Doesn't matter to me. I will trade the durability for a lighter weight, no break-in shoe this time around. Shoe is as described "bridge the gap between conventional cushioning and minimalist feel".

Price and service were great as usual.

This shoe sits square between barefoot and "traditional" running shoe, with ample cushion for any workout. Perfect for cross-fit type workouts or road running, but there may be better options for rough trail running. Light trail- fine.

I truly like these and they do run both short and narrow, but you may not need to jump to the next extra half size. I wear a 10 normally and I would estimate my foot to be a "smallish" 10- like a 9.75. With very light socks, I am good with a 10 in these but the advice to move up a half size is very solid and reasonable. I did not care for this shoe in bare feet.

It is what it is though- very comfortable right out of the box. I'd order another and I use it as a bridge between my barefoot shoes and regular running or trail shoes. With STP pricing and returns, there is truly no risk!

This is my third pair of Minimus shoes. I guess they have added a lot of different models of Minimus. I was disappointed to find that this pair had considerably more support and structure to it, unlike my previous pairs. New Balance should consider renaming their models so that the Minimus is truly a minimalist shoe. The numbering system is too confusing.
